Now Live: Send one campaign to multiple databases

Published on

We are very pleased to announce that our ‘send to many’ system is now live!

About

When running your next email marketing campaign you may wish to send the same email message to multiple mailing lists inside your account.

Until now one campaign could only be sent to one mailing list. After listening to your feedback, this has now changed!

When loading the send screen for your next campaign you now have the option to send one campaign to multiple mailing lists. In-fact you can broadcast the one campaign to as many mailing lists as you like.

How does it work?

On your next broadcast you will notice that the send screen now looks a little different. Our coders have been working hard to develop a great new easy to use interface to manage your multi sends.

When loading the new send area, you will be asked to make two selections:

A) Which email campaign you wish to send. This section remains simular to before, simply pick your campaign from a drop down menu.

B) Multi Send, who you wish to send it to. The new multi send screen will load a list of all your approved mailing lists allowing you to easily select, drag and drop the desired mailing lists to broadcast to.

We hope that you find the new multi send a great addition to the EB software. Hope that you enjoy using it as much as we did developing the new add-on.
