Via our relationships with many anti spam organisations we are able to closely monitor our network to help stop any unsolicited mail. With the prevention of unsolicited email this will help improve the visibility of your marketing communications.

In summary our terms of service changes are as follows:

  • To prevent your email being marked as spam. We request that you do not use purchased lists our a list from a 3rd party. Please use only direct confirmed opt in lists which you have generated yourself. This applies to both B2B and B2C communications.
  • To prevent ensure that other users do not affect your delivery. Anyone using a purchased list will have their account suspended prior to investigation.
