Email marketing is about an exchange of information, just hitting customers with your sales message over and over again does not work. We are British, we don’t like the American style hard sell!

In this video we suggest that on your next email newsletter, you should hit your recipients with knowledge. Demonstrate why you are an expert in your industry – this helps build trust. If your customers trust you, they are more likely to repeat purchase.

So we argue this. Simply promoting your sales offer will not always work. Email marketing is about an exchange of information, give your recipients something in return for their potential business.
