Chat to our support staff in real time

We are very pleased to announce a great new feature now live inside Email Blaster UK.

If you have any questions, or need a helping hand using your EBUK account, you can now chat to our support staff online and in real time.

The new live help system (mail bunny) operates much like MSN or facebook chat. After loading the live help desk you will be able to enter a private real time text chat with our office based support staff. The live help desk is open from 9am – 5.30pm Monday to friday.

Outside normal office hours, our online ticketing system also provides a great way to get in contact with our support team.

How to access live help

Visitors to the public site will notice a live help link (named mail bunny) located on the main menu for all pages.

For EBUK customers, you can Β access the live help desk by clicking on “help > live help” inside your account.
