How to undo your email marketing changes

Published: 25th March 2019

What is 'Undoable'?

Well, you asked for it, we listened and then we built it…..undoable, the ability to step back in time and undo your recent additions.

When designing your killer email, it may go through several revisions before it’s ready to go. Sometimes you may think it looks perfect but your colleague may prefer a previous version.

On other occasions you may just be a bit judicious with the delete key - and consign an hour’s worth of work to the etha, never to be found again.

I could go on, but the upshot is that there are lots of reasons why you may want to retrieve something that has been deleted.

Let’s say hello to Undoable

Well, to quote one of our client’s “undoable is my new best friend”. Undoable means you can effectively step back in time, to a point where whatever it was that you had deleted or changed existed. You can then click to restore this item and it will reappear accordingly.

But here at email blaster, we wanted to take things a bit further than recalling a deleted item. We wanted to create a visible timeline, giving you a clear view of everything that you have done in that session with the ability to move both backwards and forwards to any point in the timeline.

Undoable is a really great tool to have at your disposal, when you are up against the clock and accidentally hit delete, or after endless amends your colleagues prefer an earlier version; then ‘undoable’ is your best friend. Time travel just got really easy.
