Getting started

You don’t need to be a web designer or coder to create great looking HTML email newsletters. The online designer aims to make the process easy, yet still offer many advanced features.

To create your first email newsletter, please click on the following:

> From inside your EBUK account, click on ‘email campaigns’ from the main menu.
> Select ‘create campaign’.

Once inside the newsletter designer you will first be asked to select a starting point. Please select from one of the following:

Create your own template

Select this option if you would like to design your own newsletter using a blank canvas. You will be presented with a blank document from which you can design your own newsletter, or copy the HTML code from any existing design which you may have.

Stock Templates

If you are new to email marketing, you may wish to select this option. The online library of stock templates will enable you to use and edit one of the pre-made designs. Use one of the stock templates as a starting point, modify it adding your own content and images.

The stock template library has been designed to offer a wide range of looks and styles - hopefully you will be able to find the perfect starting point design to match your corporate branding.

My Custom Templates

If our in-house design team have designed custom templates for your business, these will be located inside the ‘my custom templates’ folder. Select your custom template to load it inside the online designer to make any required edits.
