As announced yesterday, to cope with demand we were upgrading the hardware on our main database server.
We are pleased to report that all previously announced hardware updates went smoothly, as a result we have doubled database storage capacity and tripled the amount of RAM to run the main EB database.
So what does this mean?
As a result users should notice an increase in performance when using the Email Blaster online portal and as a result we are able to continue our commitment to provide you will unlimited amount of space to store your data.
Increasing email queue processing speed
Due to increasing demand for Email Blaster, during peak usage times we have been unhappy with the amount of time it takes to process some larger email queues .
As a result of our hardware updates we will be able to shortly increase email queue processing speeds – to help ensure your campaign reaches your recipient when you want and need it to! Watch this space for updates regarding increasing processing speed.
