Over time we have build around us a great team of dedicated people who are focused on building our business through delivering a consistently great service to our clients. We have grown our business through referrals and always endeavoring to exceed our clients expectations.

When we set out to build our own email marketing system, we had a very clear idea of we didn't want to be. As user of other email marketing systems we had found that typically the levels of customer support and relationship management were dreadful, this was mainly down to two reasons: firstly, UK companies were just resellers for US based products and as such were only ever really the middle man with no real control over the system. Furthermore, technical support was often offshore or call center based in our experience we found this very frustrating.

Over the years our email marketing system has grown and undergone many refinements, we are always open to suggestions regarding implementing new or specialist features for our clients. As our developers are in regular contact with our client base we have been able to bring onboard some great ideas originating from our customers. Experience has taught us that a business that values it's clients and is able to listen and act on their requests is a good business. As the system is our own and not leased from an American company we feel that our customer proposition stands us in great stead and in a fairly unique position in the UK marketplace.
